Lindsey is running for office to create a Grand Rapids where every voice is heard and all people are valued. As our city grows and develops Lindsey wants to make sure that no one is left behind.

As a lifelong resident of Grand Rapids, Lindsey is deeply rooted in the community she calls home. As a wife and mother, she is personally invested in building a city that is safe, healthy, and full of opportunity for every family. Lindsey understands that stable neighborhoods start with access to affordable housing. She supports policies that promote homeownership and expand housing opportunities, helping more residents put down roots and build lasting security.

As a mother and part of the working class, Lindsey is committed to protecting and improving green spaces so our children have easy access to playgrounds and parks. Raising children means thinking about the future. Lindsey is a passionate advocate of caring for our environment through sustainable growth and working as a community to reduce waste.

Lindsey is fluent in Spanish and connected to the Latino community, she is capable of bringing people together across cultures and languages. She knows that increasing understanding increases our sense of safety and creates cohesive communities.

Raised in a blue-collar union family, Lindsey brings both progressive values and practical ideas to the table. She is focused on delivering real results and making sure that everyday residents have a voice in shaping the future of Grand Rapids.
